Refunds and Returns:
Hashim Boutique never accepts any return from its customers.
Exchange Policy:
The exchange is only acceptable if the product found to be defective.
In case of exchange, the defective product will be replaced withe the new one.
The customer has to pay the delivery charges in the returning the product to our store. However, the replaced product will be shipped free to the customer.
The replacement can be done within 7 days of the invoice of the product.
